How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard order processing times is usually about 10 business days from order submission to product shipment. Due to the custom nature of products featured on this site many items are produced “on-demand” and some additional time may be need to fulfill your order. We will notify you if any significant delays will occur. 

What is the return policy?

Since most of the products featured on this site are custom decorated and/or personalized, all sales are considered final. However, please contact us if an issue occurs and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What are my payment options?

You may pay for your order securely onliine using your credit or debit card.  You may also select "Payroll Deduction" as your payment option (please see the notes regarding payroll deductions on the checkout page).

EXG Brands is a promotional products distributor located in Clemmons, NC and we are proud to have been selected to partner with Spring Arbor Senior Living to host their Company Store.
